User Documentation & Training Expert

Talent Quanta is seeking a User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing user manuals for information systems;
• Writing information systems on-line help;
• Writing web documentation;
• Prepare and give training courses on information systems;
• Translate business analysts input to information consumableby the end-user.

Required Expertise

• University degree in IT combined with relevant ITprofessional experience of 15 years;
• Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint);
• Good knowledge of MS-Office;
• Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems andgeneral IT skills;
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
• Knowledge of web languages or tools (e.g. html, flash) wouldbe considered an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
