Talent Quanta is seeking a Tech lead - Senior Software Engineer oriented to cloud development fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Key responsabilities
- Lead the development of our AI platform's backend, ensuring robust and scalable architecture.
- Innovate and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our platform, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Implement backend services using Azure Function Apps (Azure) or Cloud Function (GCP) and manage APIs.
- Enhance our voice management architecture in terms of VAD, audio chunking, speech-to-text, text-to-speech.
- Continuously handle telephony integrations with Twilio for smooth customer interactions.
- Manage and optimize databases, including Cosmos DB, Firestore for live data and user profiles.
- Integrate AI models using Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc. for advanced search and response functionalities.
Required skills and competence
- Experience: Proven track record in leading backend development with experience in microservices architecture, Rest API development, cloud platforms (Azure & GCP) and voice engineering / telephony development with Twilio.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in using
o Azure Cloud: Azure cloud services such as Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, etc.
o Google Cloud: Google cloud services such as Firestore, Vertex AI, Cloud function, Cloud run, etc.
o Telephony platforms such as Twilio
o Voice engineering libs/tools such as node-vad, Google Cloud / ElevenLabs / etc. speech-to-text, text-to-speech
o Languages: Python, JS, C#
