For this assignment, we are seeking a Solution Architect/ Infrastructure Presales to support commercial activities in Luxembourg. The selected professional will act as a key interface between sales, delivery, and technical teams, ensuring the qualification, design, and promotion of tailored technology solutions aligned with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization as a Technology Expert (vertical expertise)
  • Build in-depth expertise in a technical field and personally ensure the growth and maintenance of this expertise (and potentially broaden expertise into other key areas of the company’s technical portfolio)
  • Assist the sales forces with the technical and financial parts of their offers (editorial, contractual and financial aspects) in close collaboration with Delivery
  • Ensure the increase of sales by developing and enriching the portfolio of technological solutions in collaboration with the technical teams
  • Translating customer needs from a business point of view to a technical point of view (and vice versa)
  • Collaborate and support the sales team to qualify, deliver and advocate for technical solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring that business objectives are met.
  • Design custom solutions and create compelling presentations
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans and cost estimates in relation to our customers' business needs
  • Maintain partnerships with strategic suppliers in the portfolio (certifications, etc.)
  • Represent the company at customer or partner events
  • Develop value-added services related to our products and solutions

Required Expertise

  • Have a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in business, strategy, sales, sales support, or technology
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role (or a technical consultant role)
  • Have in-depth knowledge of end user computing products/solutions (laptop, workstation, desktop, screens etc...) and printing products/solutions (Printers, Managed Print Services)
  • Have experience in the development of managed services, deployment services, customer on-site assistance, etc.
  • Know how to plan, coordinate, write and identify a need
  • Be customer-oriented
  • Having a good knowledge of the Luxembourg market is an asset
  • Fluent in French and English. Luxembourgish and German are an asset
