For this assignment, we are seeking a Solution Architect Infrastructure/ Presales Network to support commercial activities in Luxembourg. The selected professional will act as a key interface between sales, delivery, and technical teams, ensuring the qualification, design, and promotion of tailored technology solutions aligned with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build in-depth expertise in the Enterprise Networking domain and personally ensure the development and maintenance of this expertise (with the possibility of developing expertise in another area of competence), while ensuring continuous technology watch within your field of expertise.  
  • Support the sales teams as a Technology Expert to qualify, develop, and defend technical solutions through technical and financial proposals and presentations (including written, contractual, and financial aspects), while closely collaborating with Engineering, Support, and Project teams.  
  • Design tailor-made solutions and create compelling presentations.  
  • Contribute to business growth by developing and enriching the portfolio of technological solutions in collaboration with technical teams.  
  • Translate customer business needs into technical solutions (and vice versa).  
  • Train sales teams on products and solution developments.  
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with strategic vendors in the portfolio (certifications, etc.).  
  • Represent the company at client or partner events.  
  • Develop value-added services related to our products and solutions.  

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) with a specialization in technology, pre-sales support, strategy, or sales.  
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a pre-sales role (or technical consulting role).  
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security concepts, as well as infrastructure solutions/products including LAN / WAN / MAN / Wi-Fi and Network Management. Experience with AI integration in these domains is considered an asset.  
  • Experience in developing managed services, deployment services, on-site customer support, and operational maintenance services.  
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify needs and build appropriate solutions.  
  • Creative and proactive approach.  
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, write, and analyze requirements.  
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourgish market is an asset.  
  • Proficiency in French and English is required. Luxembourgish and German are considered an asset.
