We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager specialized in Security to strengthen our Compliance team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our security service operations driving quality, shaping processes, and ensuring our customers benefit from the highest level of protection and compliance. You will help design, develop, and optimize security processes for the services ensuring they align with leading standards and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27000, NIST 800, and FIPS.
Your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to enhancing service excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Certifications from LSTI, PECB, or industry-recognized bodies (ISO/IEC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ITILv3) are strong assets. A key part of your mission will also be gathering customer feedback, identifying improvements, and ensuring that the service delivery consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the main security interface between customers and company
- Work closely with the SOC Manager, Project Managers, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Review, refine, and optimize KPIs to match evolving service needs
- Consolidate, manage, and present periodic service reports to customers
- Handle, track, and communicate security-related requests and requirements
- Support the implementation of security controls across environments
- Continuously improve procedures based on customer feedback to elevate service quality
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT security or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in IT security, security management, telecom, or cybersecurity roles
- Solid understanding of security infrastructures, hardware/software systems, and operational environments
- Knowledge of security governance frameworks (ISO/IEC 27000 series, NIST, FIPS)
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005 Risk Manager, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ITILv3 are strong advantages
- Fluency in English and French.
