Senior Technical Product Owner

Talent Quanta is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the agile process and take decisions regardingpriority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agiledevelopment team;
• Follow several activities across different projectsrequiring technical and project management skills: understand and comply to areview process, monitor status of certain tasks, coordinate internally andgather input from within the unit, other units;
• Support Development Lifecycle of the project;
• Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/softwarefunctionalities after every sprint;
• Participate to live demonstrations of the product at the endof the sprint;
• Evaluate and facilitate progress reporting.

Required Expertise

• University degree in IT combined with relevant ITprofessional experience of 17 years;
• Multi-annual experience with large, enterprise-levelmulti-user Information Systems;
• Multi-annual experience with large projects or programmes;
• Multi-annual experience in Agile as well as agile toolbox(i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);
• Excellent Knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
• Good Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such asTOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building modelsbased on such framework;
• Good knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks, ofInfrastructure as code, and of enterprise architecture frameworks;
• Good knowledge of modelling tools, Relational DBMS,interoperability technologies (web services, message-oriented middleware,service-oriented bus);
• The following certifications are strongly recommended forthe performance of tasks: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Managementcertification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI, Prince2Foundation, PM2, Certificate in Business Analysis;
• Excellent command of the English language.
