Senior Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who lives and breathes the Agile mindset. You’ll drive team efficiency, facilitate all Scrum events, remove blockers, and support continuous improvement while ensuring strong collaboration with the Product Owner and development team.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile practices are followed and remove impediments for the team.
• Support backlog refinement and help the team meet Sprint goals and Definition of Done.
• Track team capacity, velocity, and support effective planning.
• Assist with risk and issue management.
• Coach the team toward self-organization and high performance.
• Shield the team from distractions and foster focus and efficiency.
• Act as an Agile ambassador, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Report progress and Scrum adoption metrics to management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Kanban is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing concepts.
• Solid grounding in software development and project management.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Hybrid working: 50% onsite / 50% remote.
