Senior Front-End Engineer

Talent Quanta is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg , Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Advanced experience with React
• Strong experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
• Experience building scalable, production-grade web applications
• Deep understanding of: Component architecture, State management (Redux, or similar), API integration (REST / GraphQL), Frontend performance optimization
• Experience designing systems for large, data-heavy interfaces
• Strong understanding of clean code, modularity, and maintainable architecture
• Experience working in AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• Familiarity with schema validation and type-safe patterns

Product & Design Requirements

• Strong product awareness. Understands business context behind features
• Ability to collaborate closely with ML engineers and founders
• Design-oriented thinking: Clear UX for complex data, Reducing cognitive load, Designing trust in AI systems
• Ability to translate ambiguous product ideas into working UI solutions
• Experience working without detailed specifications
