Talent Quanta is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – ICT (European Market) fluent in English (additional European languages a plus), to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg , Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled ICT consultants and technology professionals across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver high-quality shortlists at speed. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Identify and source ICT professionals across Europe using LinkedIn, AI tools, databases, networking and direct headhunting
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology consultants (software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, DevOps, etc.)
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and technical screening
  • Map European markets and competitor landscapes

Client Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists within agreed SLAs
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
  • Ensure strong candidate and client experience

AI & Digital Recruitment

  • Leverage AI-driven matching tools and digital recruitment platforms (including Skillbourg)
  • Optimise sourcing strategies using data insights
  • Contribute to improving internal recruitment processes

Candidate Profile – Required

  • 2–5+ years experience in recruitment (preferably ICT / Tech)
  • Proven experience sourcing and headhunting European ICT consultants
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Results-driven, commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work from Luxembourg (office-based or hybrid)

Candidate Profile – Preferred

  • Experience recruiting across multiple European markets
  • Additional European language(s)
  • Experience in contract / freelance ICT recruitment
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools
  • Background in agency recruitment
