Project Manager / Agile Project Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of information systems from project strategy and planning to execution, quality control, and operational handover. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and change, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, scope, budget, timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Guide and coordinate project teams, review deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and progress meetings.
• Track project performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Produce key project documentation (Business Cases, Vision docs, Project Charters).
• Manage change control, issues, and decisions with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, users, and developers.
• Recommend optimized IT and process improvement solutions.
• Interpret EU legislation to define system requirements when required.
• Support smooth transition from project delivery to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Certifications such as PM2-Agile, PMP, Prince2, PSM, CSM are strong advantages.

Experience

• 5+ years in project management (scheduling, tracking, budgeting).
• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• 3+ years using project management tools (MS Project or similar).
• 3+ years in functional/product decomposition.
• 5+ years with modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, use cases, ER models).
• 3+ years using Agile toolsets (Jira, Trello, BigPicture, Azure DevOps).
• 3+ years managing software development projects.
• Proven experience producing Business Cases and Project Charters.
• DevOps exposure and experience working with EU legislation is a plus.
