MS Dynamics Solutions Architect

Talent Quanta is seeking an MS Dynamics Solutions Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Valletta, Malta. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the solution architecture, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of client’s Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications;

• Assess, propose, design, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions related to key business requirements for improvements of client’s Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications, according to the prioritised backlog agreed between ICT and business;

• Support the implementation of the architectural aspects of client’s CRM, including the design of building blocks, data modelling, integration, and migration patterns;

• Support the configuration and customization of the system as well as the integration and customisation developments using Microsoft Dynamics Plugins and Web Services;

• Provide consolidated findings on insufficient technology configuration including breaches in the security data model;

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including enterprise architecture documentation, solution architecture documentation, operational maintenance manuals, version description documents, release guidelines, and user manuals;

• Provide user trainings and support for the use and customization of client’s Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools to their needs.

Required Expertise

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 10 years;

• Excellent experience with Dynamics 365 core product platform and its modules Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, and Project Operations;

• Excellent experience with Dynamics Development Framework using .NET and JavaScript;

• Excellent experience with Dynamics 365 Customizations like Entity-Relationship Management, Processes, Flows, Business Rules;

• Excellent experience with Dynamics 365 licensing schema and security model;

• Excellent experience with Web Technologies within the client’s landscape such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Typescript;

• Excellent experience with API landscape using Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse Web API;

• Excellent experience with Power Apps landscape including Power Automate;

• Excellent experience with Power Apps Component Framework;

• Excellent experience with packaging and deployment between environments;

• Excellent command of the English language
