Marketing Officer

Talentquanta is on the hunt for a creative, energetic Marketing Officer to help us grow our presence in the ICT & startup world across Europe. This is a perfect role for someone early in their career who wants responsibility, visibility, and space to experiment.

No boring corporate stuff. No “just post this” energy. You’ll actually own things.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running our social media like a pro (especially LinkedIn)
• Creating cool content about tech, startups, jobs, people & events
• Supporting our sales team with campaigns, ideas, and visibility
• Helping our recruiters promote roles and build employer brand
• Assisting with events: meetups, career events, webinars, conferences
• Getting involved in PR & brand visibility
• Bringing ideas → testing them → improving them → repeating

What We’re Looking For

• Around 2–4years’ experience in marketing, comms, or similar
• Fluent in English & French (spoken + written)
• Curious about ICT, tech, startups, or innovation
• Comfortable on social platforms (you know what works and why)
• Organised, proactive, and not afraid to say “hey, what if we tried this?”

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked in a startup, scale-up, recruitment, or B2B environment
• Can use Canva, basic video tools, or content scheduling platforms
• Like events, networking, or community building
• Enjoy mixing creativity with structure

Salary & Perks (Luxembourg)

• €45,000 gross/year, depending on experience
