IT Support Engineer

Talent Quanta is seeking an IT Support Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Geneva, Switzerland. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Laptop Deployment & Device Management;

• Support deployment of new laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot based on approved standards and available procedures;

• Assist users during device enrolment, configuration, and handover;

• Troubleshoot deployment and compliance issues;

• Coordinate network-related operational requests between business requisitioners and the external network service provider;

• Support onsite connectivity issues related to endpoint and workspace services;

• Perform IT asset inventory cleanup and reconciliation;

• Provide onsite support for the operation and user adoption of the new printing service;

• Deliver priority (VIP) support for executives and key stakeholders;

• Support users on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workspace services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, device usage) through user assistance and incident resolution.

Required Expertise

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;

• Experience in IT Service support;

• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workspace services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, device usage);

• Experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot;

• Experience with troubleshooting deployment and compliance issues;

• Experience with Network Coordination & IT Asset Management;

• Prior experience within the United Nations system or similar international organizations is an asset;

• Excellent command of the English language.
