Full-stack developer (Java, Angular)

Talent Quanta is seeking a Java Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of IT systems;
• Definition of the proposed solutions for fixing or improvingIT systems;
• Documentation of the existing IT systems;
• Assistance with in identifying improvements to IT systems;
• Coordination and review of the current IT systems;
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users,project leaders and the developers;
• Support of users by answering their queries about existingIT systems.

Required Expertise

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined withminimum 9 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java (both with J2SE andJ2EE) with extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of design patterns;
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Spring and Spring Bootframeworks;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in relational databases(Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.);
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL language;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Object Oriented designpatterns;
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Angular2 framework orsimilar;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing secure webapplications;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with JIRA and GITLab;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with web services (REST andSOAP), with expertise in the design and development;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with XML;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and design ofinformation systems;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Tomcat;
• Very good knowledge of Angular and eUI;
• Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in thecloud;
• Good knowledge of applications design;
• Good knowledge of Cloud Services;
• Good knowledge of GitHub, Jira and Confluence;
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Excellent command of the English language.
