Enterprise Architect (Data & Cloud)

Job description

Talent Quanta is seeking a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Key responsabilities

• Develop business architecture models that align organizational capabilities with strategic goals and long-term objectives;
• Integrate program and project strategies to ensure alignment with business priorities, strategic drivers, and executive management direction;
• Identify and implement cost-optimization opportunities across IT and business operations;
• Assess enterprise systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential vulnerabilities;
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency gains;
• Provide guidance on business architecture and systems processes to support effective decision-making and solution design;
• Define and drive the business vision and a multi-year strategic roadmap to support organizational growth and transformation.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 17 years of relevant experience;
• At least 8 years of experience with Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure);
• At least 8 years of experience with Data engineering platforms (e.g. Apache Spark, Databriks);
• At least 6 years of experience with Data warehousing platforms;
• At least 6 years of experience with Python programming language;
• At least 1 year of experience with Generative AI;
• Experience in agile development environments;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS;
• Excellent command of the English language, fluency in French would be considered an asset.
