Enterprise Architect

Talentquanta is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to support a strategic engagement in Brussels. The consultant will be integrated into the development team and work closely with a major client’s IT organisation on site, contributing to enterprise-level architecture strategy and execution.

_{Key Responsibilities}

• _{Define and maintain business, technical, solution, and data architecture models}
• _{Ensure alignment between enterprise strategy, programmes, and business drivers}
• _{Optimise and rationalise the IT portfolio, identifying cost-reduction opportunities}
• _{Assess systems for gaps, risks, and vulnerabilities}
• _{Provide guidance on enterprise data architecture and system processing}
• _{Support architectural governance and continuous improvement initiatives}

_{Required Expertise}

• _{University degree in IT or related field}
• _{15+ years’ experience in IT, including enterprise architecture}
• _{Strong hands-on experience with TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman}
• _{Extensive modelling experience using ArchiMate, UML, BPMN}
• _{Experience with EA tools such as ARIS, Enterprise Architect}
• _{Strong background in Java-based platforms (WebLogic, Tomcat, SpringBoot)}
• _{Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), containerisation, and scalability}
• _{Experience with DevSecOps / CI-CD environments}
• _{Proven experience in technology migration programmes}
• _{Knowledge of Blockchain and AI architecture (e.g. RAG)}
• _{Experience operating at CIO / enterprise strategy level}
• _{Excellent English (written and spoken)}
